These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Crown Care Club, a program of VirtuCore (Synergy Buyers LLC, 1925 Monroe Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30324). This page supports A2P 10DLC approval.
1. Program Name
Crown Care Club.
2. Message Types
You may receive hair care check-ins, tips, appointment reminders, rebook nudges, retail suggestions, birthday messages, and review requests from your stylist.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically about every 2 weeks, plus rebook reminders when you are due. You will not receive more than a reasonable number of messages per month.
4. Msg and Data Rates May Apply
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
5. STOP to Cancel
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving messages. All messages will pause immediately.
6. HELP for Help
Reply HELP to any message for help with the program. You may also contact us at support@crowncare.club.
7. Carriers Not Liable
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
